A Women's Resting and Rejuvenation Weekend
An opportunity for women to get together and share our life changes dreams and concerns.....
Join Margie and Diann for this 5th annual celebration. This exquisite joyful weekend creates a suspended pocket of time in which women meet as a tribe, spend time together, journey and explore the beauty and challenges which life has to offer.
About our weekend - We'll Enjoy:
- Planned activities: we'll rejuvenate our spirits with daily yoga classes, ceremonies, goddess dancing, drumming, chakra energy balancing classes and natural skin treatments.
- Adventure: Graybear's private natural setting is the perfect place for us to enjoy the cedar sauna, soak in stone hot tub and explore magical forest trails with pristine waterfalls and exotic wild azalea.
- Reconnecting and meeting new sisters: opportunity for mothers and daughters/ sisters/ sister-friends to spend time together in a very healing environment that supports a deeper level of intimacy and opportunity for growth.
- Honoring our Mother: Always meeting over Mother's day, this weekend makes an excellent Mother's Day gift for either yourself and/or someone you love who would appreciate being treated as a "natural queen" in a beautiful setting that honors Mother Earth.....
- Self-Care: additional individualized schedule offers for a separate fee: well-woman exams, massages, watsu, healing touch and reiki.
About the Instructors:
Led by Margie Mcsweeny a RN/Midwife who lives in Boulder, Colorado and
leads retreats in women's journey, drumming and life experiences. She
is joined by Gray Bear's Caretaker and Yoga Spacemaker, Diann (when
she is feeling especially creative please call her Divinna Bluesky).

Registration:
Workshop fee is discounted at $410 if paid in full by April 28th. Space is limited. To reserve your place, please send your $100 nonrefundable deposit to: Gray Bear Lodge, PO Box 682, Hohenwald, TN 38462. Price includes tuition, lodging, meals and full use of facilities.
Late registration fee increases to $445 with balance due five days before retreat begins.
Confirmation letter and additional information (including directions to Gray
Bear) will be sent.
Please note: A portion of these proceeds will be given to special
women's needs. Thank you for your support.
Arrival:
Retreat begins with arrival on Thursday 10th 4-6pm. Dinner
will be at 6:00pm, followed by orientation. We'll finish after
breakfast (our last meal together) on Sunday morning at 11:00am. This
should give anyone wishing to join mothers/daughters/family for a late
brunch time to travel.
