Grace and Beauty is a specialty program sponsored by the Vanderbilt Center for Integrative Health. It is an experiential program for women seeking greater awareness, joyful expression, and longing to develop a kinder relationship to their bodies utilizing expressive arts, mindful meditation and gentle movement within a heartful community of women.

Who should attend:
Please note: This is a women's retreat. Please bring clothes suitable for movement. Also, please bring a small and meaningful object for our altar that you will take home at the end of the retreat.

Registration: Workshop discounted at $425 if paid in full by April 1st. Space is consciously limited. To reserve your place please register by sending your $100 non-refundable deposit to: Gray Bear Lodge, PO Box 682, Hohenwald, TN 38462. Price includes tuition, lodging, meals and full use of facilities. Late registration fee increases to $475 with balance due April 12th. Confirmation letter and additional information (including directions to Gray Bear) will be sent. Some private cabins are available for an additional fee. Please inquire.
